	CDG Commerce I've been processing credit cards through CDG Commerce since 2004. I highly recommend them for a risk management team that understands selling digital downloads and services over the web. Their free Quantum Gateway includes MaxMind MinFraud and phone verification built in.		Loud Commerce I also have a merchant account through Loud Commerce that I've been processing with since 2008. I know the folks behind this company from several forums, and they know the business of MOTO/internet processing well, and are always available for thoughtful advice.
	Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud Most of my websites run in Amazon's cloud, where I can scale capacity up and down dynamically, and have the power of on-demand servers without long term contracts (not even monthly).		SoftLayer The remainder of my sites are hosted on physical servers rented through SoftLayer. You won't find a better designed network and customer panel, or more experienced staff on call 24/7, for these prices anywhere else.
	SpringLoops The start of any website or software begins with setting up a repository for version control. SpringLoops hosts all of my code, providing secure storage, revision history and collaboration for as little as $9/month.		MailChimp My mailing lists are managed and delivered by MailChimp. MailChimp hosts the lists, handles the opt-in verifications, delivery, deals with bounces, and provides reports. They handle both traditional newsletters and automatic autoresponder series which help convert interested leads into new customers.
	Zendesk I manage customer support through my personal Zendesk. Zendesk is a ticket tracking system, community forum and feedback widget rolled into one. E-mail integration and rules keep things automatically organized and make tracking conversations with customers a breeze.		Kall8 Kall8 provides my toll-free number with call forwarding and voicemail, and sends voicemail directly to my e-mail as an attachment. They're extremely cheap at just $2 per month.
