WP Review Site Plugin

WP Review Site, the plugin that turns a WordPress blog into a powerful review site engine, is now available for purchase at the new wpreviewsite.com. If you want to run a site like Award Winning Hosts, allowing users to submit reviews and ratings, check it out. It’s also a great WP affiliate plugin.

  1. I think this is a fabulous product and something that could be really valuable to people. I also think that you’ve priced it fairly and at a point that makes sense based on what the plugin does.

    Will you be posting about the plugin’s success?

  4. This is a great plugin! Well at least version 1.1.1 is. I have always wanted to setup a web hosting reviews site so one day a few months ago I went around searching for a plugin that would work with WordPress.

    Luckily, I came across Dan’s link in his signature on SitePoint (I think). I was impressed with the plugin, so downloaded it, installed it and started working on my site. Now that I see that version 2.0 is out and has a huge amount of new features, I will probably be buying this plugin. Too bad it isn’t free though like version 1.1.1 ;)

    Keep up the great work Dan, you definitely have something unique here!

    I am thinking about purchasing a single site license to try it out. If I like the plugin and decide to upgrade to a multi-site license, will you credit the $97 already spent for the single site?

  8. Will it work with the existing 1.1.1 version? I already have a site with ratings from this old version, will the numbers be converted to STARS?

  9. It will perform an upgrade when you activate the plugin to convert your stored ratings, you won’t lose the ratings you’ve collected. You will still need to modify your theme to use the new functions. I would do a backup of your database first just in case, but a number of users of the old plugin have upgraded without problems already.
