A lot of the boxes they get are defective...not only is my family proof of that, but my boss, our highschool intern and his family, and one other friend (most friends won't start saying, "OMG, I hate this stupid cable box!" while having coffee one day, so there may be more friends of mine with similar problems). Either way, I still prefer Time Warner over Comcast in <em>this</em> area. Good luck on the move!
